OMRON Corporation completed its investment in Kirin Techno-System Company, Limited on April 3, 2023.
OMRON has invested in 60% of our outstanding shares held by Kirin Brewery Company, Limited. The ownership ratio will be 60% for OMRON and 40% for Kirin Brewery.
